Trade Marketing POS Specialist is responsible for the coordination of in store activities to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values. They should lead the strategy and enable the execution via the Distribution Partner Key Accounts and Trade Marketing Manager counterpart. This includes all means of communication (internal, trade and shopper), internal coordination between marketing and DP sales force, POS development and implementation, trial activities and in store analysis to generate insight. In general, the job holder will co-ordinate and project manage all trade-led marketing activities.

Execute the In Store Communication Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
Create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade or shopper level.
POS Tools Implementation and Development/Adaptation
Manage the Trade Marketing POS budget.
COORDINATION OF SALES AND MARKETING ACTIVATION PROGRAMS
Collaborate closely with the DP sales team (Key Accounts and Trade Marketing) to advise, give guidance on all accounts and lead channel-specific marketing strategies and activation programs to improve brand visibility. Exchange ideas between Marketing and DP teams pro-actively and challenge traditions.
Establish an internal network with all departments necessary for efficient working – Communications, Brand, Sales, Finance teams.
Support the alignment across customers and channels in regard to trade marketing activities.
BUSINESS INSIGHTS
Data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Quantify the opportunities. Prioritize and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximize the opportunity in store.
Qualifications1-3yrs experience in FMCG sector, ideally in Trade, Category, Brand or Key Account field.
Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management and business insights in the FMCG context.
Strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadline
Strong collaboration, communication, influence and impact skills
Proactive working style and initiative taking
