We are looking for a Trade Marketing (Trade Operations) Manager to drive Sell Out by deploying the right in-store Trade Marketing assets and programs, in the right and most efficient way, with the main focus on:

1. Trade Marketing deployment/fundamentals:

  • Instore execution in Electrical Retail, Brand Store Management and Kitchen Retail channels
  • Field operations management (supervising 150 brand ambassadors)
  • Customer Training on products and training on how to sell products
  • Sales Processes and Tools: development and deployment within the Sales teams

2. Integrated approach of Sell In and Sell out management with Key Retailers

Your main scope of responsibilities includes:

1.Trade Marketing Deployment

Ambassadors/ Promotors program in Electrical Retail:

  • Manage the program: field planning, agency, remuneration, KPI, store selections, etc.
  • Budget management and alignment wiht key account managers
  • Instore campaign management, Shop in Shop/deployment of branded furniture (gondola ends, islands)
  • Route-to-market: logistics, timing
  • Customer feedback
  • Track progress versus competition and provide inputs to Marketing
  • KPI monitoring / impact

Instore Electrical Retail and Kitchen Retail:

  • Route-to-market POS materials & distribution
  • Merchandising plans / Field activity calendars in line with Marketing calendar
  • Filter ABC store selection with cost to serve inputs per customer
  • Briefing Sales teams
  • Recommend tailor-made activities for specific customers
  • Field organisation of Sell Out specialists (= merchandisers, instore trainers)
  • Distribution of digital assets to Retailers: deploy current Electrolux tools (tradeplace/pims)
  • Kitchen Retail programs: deployment of training in studios, POSM distribution, and imple-mentation of Kitchen planning software assets and specific apps developed for driving the kitchen business (installation apps, linkedin portals, etc…)
  • Specific programs to support the B2B/Project business: apps and training

Consumer promotions:

  • In-store execution: merchandising planning/ field calendars
  • Measure in-store impact + manage tailor made / customer calendar of promotions

Sell Out Training:

  • Coordination of Customer selection for training
  • Deployment/ manage training calendar
  • Organize store staff training, ambassadors training etc.
  • Deployment of the E- learning solution to Sales teams and Retail Customers

Trade Marketing Operations budgets:

  • ROI evaluation and recommendation
  • Ownership of Trade Operations budget

Instore KPI tracking/Shop floor app:

  • Leverage shop floor app results: KPI, targets

2. Integrated Sell In/Sell out approach

  • Facilitate (with Sales) the acquisition of Sell out data from Retailers
  • Integrate Sell out data in the available systems
  • Produce the required dashboards based on integrating sell in, sell out data with ena-blers/commercial activities
  • Develop recommendations based on Sell out analyses, to improve commercial decisions and increase ROI (instore marketing activities, assortment/ranging decisions, store by store comparisons, etc…)

Qualifications:

  • +10 years work experience and solid experience (+7 years) in Marketing/Trade Marketing or Sales area
  • At least 3 yeras of Team management experience
  • Academic degree in business and/or technical field or diploma and equivalent experience.
  • Very good level of English
  • Preferably experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or similar fast-paced industries
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behaviour, and category management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
  • Budget planning and trade investment management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
