The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of category/channel strategies, commercial excellence, and profitable growth.

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering commercial and financial objectives (Net sales, Market Share, G2N, and P budget).
  • Providing key strategic growth opportunities and continuously improving actionable insights, including the in-store strategy of NPIs.
  • Offering in-store fundamental guidelines to ease shoppers' purchase of Haleon products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional areas and local teams to drive key commercial excellence pillars.
  • Working with the sales team to enhance commercial partnerships with key customers.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: 

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3 years of experience in the related field

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • Understanding of category and channel management with extensive experience in sales operations, key account management, or trade marketing.
  • Ability to manage key financial metrics within the scope of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills with a focus on providing key insights and growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive decision-making for key stakeholders.
  • Relationship-building skills to work with internal and trade partners.
