As a Category Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Haleon’s sales growth by effectively translating brand strategy into impactful shopper tools. Your focus will be on creating shopper and channel sell-out tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to translate brand growth drivers and strategies to lead the development and execution of shopper marketing and in store metrics through tailored communication initiatives.
• Create in-store visibility and communication strategies through the development of point-of-sale materials.
• Lead category and channel projects to ensure sell out or offtake growth
• Work with Sales teams to provide tools that address market gaps and meet customer expectations.
• Seek innovative and successful shopper support tools through regular store checks, detailed analysis, and review of competitor promotions & activities.
• Engage with customers as support to sales to secure strategic partnerships for Haleon.
• Demonstrate the delivery of sales and in store targets across the brands in scope.
• Optimize shopper marketing spend through ongoing evaluation and prioritization of key activities.
• Act as the shopper lead throughout the commercial planning process to ensure the shopper's voice is central to Brand and Customer discussions.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with the following required skills to achieve our goals:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in leading shopper trade marketing campaigns
• Brand and/or Sales experience
• Experience in over-the-counter and/or fast-moving consumer goods categories
• Experience working directly with customers to deliver business plans
• Preferably with 4+ years in a consumer marketing position
