Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for setting commerical strategy to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values. They should lead the strategy and enable the execution via Trade Marketing specialists. This includes all means of commerical tools (trade spent, posm materials, coolers ...) In general, the job holder will make sure that commerical strategy will be executed by Trade Marketing POS specialists, in compliance with marketing and sales strategies. S/he will report Head of Trade Marketing Manager.

Job Description

Trade Marketing Knowledge and Capability

Development of the trade marketing strategies, utilising trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities. Recommend and support trade activity proposals with analytical backing. Managing trade marketing budget of the company effieciently, in order to maximize output.

In Store Communication Knowledge and Capability

Develop the In Store Communication Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.

Create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade or shopper level.

Monitor the Trade Marketing POS budget managed by POS specialists.

Alignment and Coordination of Sales and Marketing Activation Programs

Through personal and electronic communication -- educate, orientate and utilize the brand team to deliver through the line activity in store. The country marketing plan should be translated into sales strategy.

Define the Perfect Store by channel for your market using the International Model marketing activity. Visit the point of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and global guidelines are respected.

Establish an internal network with all departments necessary for efficient working – Communications, Brand, Sales, Finance teams.

Support the alignment across customers and channels in regard to trade marketing activities.

Qualifications

3-5yrs experience in FMCG sector, ideally in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing department.

Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management and business insights in the FMCG context. 

Team management experince, leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy.

Strong collaboration, communication, influence and impact skills

Proactive working style and initiative taking

Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges

Strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadline
