Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and drive the annual trade marketing strategy aligned with overall brand calendar and commercial objectives
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, including promotions, GWP, pop-ups, and events

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze retail performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend optimization plans
  • Continuously track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI

Retail & Commercial partnerships

  • Partner closely with trade partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance band exposure and instore execution
  • Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Commercial, Global, and APAC teams to ensure alignment on brand direction and consistency in execution

Budget Management

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

Visual Merchandising & POSM Development

  • Develop and implement innovative soft merchandising solutions for product launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g., POSM, in-store displays, digital screens)
  • Ensure all in-store executions align with brand guidelines, tone, and positioning

Retail Excellence & Store Support

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising standards and provide coaching to frontline teams
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality execution across all retail touchpoints

Reporting Relationships

  • This role reports into the Head of Marketing & PR, Hong Kong & Macau

Key Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 7 years’ Trade Marketing experience in Luxury, Cosmetics industry is preferred
  • Open-minded, self-motivated, work independently, strong ownership and execution
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese
  • Good data analysis capability
  • Excellent Microsoft skill on PPT, Excel

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 7 years' Trade Marketing experience in Luxury, Cosmetics industry
