Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of Sandoz business goals by ensuring high trade customer service levels
- Lead in trade implementation within key customers; Lead the creation of a customer-centric approach across the function
- Share best practices on distribution processes
- Promotional and informational campaign on various distribution channels i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors
- Be the link between Field Force and Customer Service in managing shortages
- Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
- Business travels to Slovakia once in a week
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree (Marketing or Communication field is an advantage, but not required)
- Proficiency in both English and Czech (or Slovak)
- Maximum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Strong technical and communication skills
You will receive (for Czech Republic only):
• Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary
