Job Description:
Scope / Summary:
The owner of this position will own the execution of the downstream marketing funnel in the territory to deliver consistent sell-out/sell-in growth. In cooperation with the Sales Leader continuously design and update the local marketing strategy and translate the strategy into funnel execution to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage dealer marketing funnel actions to achieve sell-out/sell-in growth targets and the gain the market share.

Design and establish new growth initiatives in collaboration with dealers and Kerr sales team/management.

Responsible for new product launches.

Responsible and accountable for the territory's marketing budget and to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of the marketing spend.

Coordinate and share best practices with the respective Business Units, other regional marketing managers, local sales team and other OpCos to develop strategies, achieve sales and marketing objectives, influence and localize global initiatives to develop & execute local downstream marketing activities.

Establish and execute an events program to include tradeshows, digital events and hands-on courses with the sales team and selected dealer partners.

Use CRM and marketing automation tools to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and accelerate learnings.

Evaluate dealer partner sell-out data, customer trends, market conditions, competitor performance and implement I adjust marketing plans accordingly.

Track the success of campaigns and promotions in terms of lead generation and sales conversion and implement countermeasures when necessary.

Evaluate market conditions to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Manage relationships with key experts to align with marketing initiatives.

Demonstrate technical marketing skills and product knowledge to ensure effective selection of focus products and launch of new products.

Responsibility for on-line marketing and social media.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory, other national languages are highly desirable.

Experience in a B2B and/or B2C selling environment - including background in the dental, healthcare technology or diagnostic industry.

Strong commercial skills as well as high sales orientation.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience in digital marketing (web/staged campaigns/advertising/social media) and public relations.

Experience in MS Office and CRM-systems.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common market data.

Dynamic, self-starter and entrepreneurial.

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.

Keen attention to detail, design and aesthetics.
