JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Junior CSP Dressings to join our team at the central offices in Barcelona. It's a great opportunity to manage the growth of our brands in the Nutrition category.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Definition, together with the Trade Category Manager, of the short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for the company’s brands within the assigned category, focusing on point-of-sale execution.

  • Adaptation of the generic category strategic plan to each sales channel, identifying key needs for each: Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Discounter channels.

  • Activation of the strategy through key trade marketing levers: assortment, promotion, and in-store activation.

  • Setting, analysis, and post-evaluation of KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans.

  • Close collaboration with the key accounts team to define activation plans tailored to the needs of each channel and client.

  • Definition and control of the brand activation plan, aligned with the Marketing team and brand strategy.

  • Ensuring excellence and flawless in-store execution of developed activation plans with detailed execution plan and follow up with key stakeholders.

  • Monitoring product stock for each brand, coordinating all necessary handling operations to meet customer service needs, in collaboration with the Logistics team.

  • Management of the Trade Marketing budget for the Dressings category.

  • Market analysis and monitoring of the Dressings category, identifying key players, growth drivers, and activation levers.

  • Collaboration with key suppliers and stakeholders for the execution of predefined activation plans: design agencies, repacking, in-store activation agencies, direct marketing agencies, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role in trade marketing or sales.

  • Business-oriented mindset with a mastery of the company's Profit and Loss (P&L).

  • Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).

  • Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
