We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to support and implement trade marketing initiatives across retail channels. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, executing in-store campaigns, and supporting sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
Assist in planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and retail activations.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and design teams for POS materials, displays, and promotional assets.
Support product launches with trade-focused strategies and ensure effective execution at retail outlets.
Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
Monitor campaign performance, sales uplift, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support trade marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, planograms, and display guidelines at retail points.
RequirementsRequirements
1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation (FMCG, D2C, skincare, or beauty preferred).
Understanding of retail operations, channel management, and promotional strategies.
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and report insights.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
