The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple marketing teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive in problem-solving, and eager to contribute ideas that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and setup of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns, including identifying relevant keywords to strengthen targeting and discoverability.
  • Track campaign timelines and execution to confirm launches occur as planned, proactively flagging risks or delays and helping implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain seasonal advertising grids for each marketing team, translating marketing plans into clear placement schedules that outline vendors, formats, timing, and key campaign details.
  • Research and identify potential new advertising vendors and partners aligned with target audiences, campaign objectives, and brand strategy.
  • Monitor AMS campaign performance on an ongoing basis and collaborate with the team to recommend optimizations that improve reach, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all advertising deliverables are received accurately and on time to support scheduled campaign launches.
  • Support cross-functional communication and provide general administrative and project coordination assistance to ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives.
  • Maintain organized documentation using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and related productivity tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets and Drive.
  • Interest in advertising, marketing, media planning, or publishing is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $64,800 to $68,500 annually.
