As a Trade Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible to coordinate and implement the annual promotional calendar (Sell – Out), as well as the weekly and daily animation actions of the point of sale for the movement of products and market participation.
According to the launch calendar of each brand, define the dates and decoration needs.
Define priorities with brands and define a global launch calendar.
Defines specific actions according to the positive and negative results of the previous year, the needs of the brands, the needs for innovation and the specific requirements of the Chains.
Develop visualization of the chain plan.
Publish the release schedule.
Participate in the analysis of the progress of sell-out figures to detect areas of opportunity.
Participate in the definition of an action plan to activate the weekly sale.
Communicate to the Sell-out team the implementation and scope of the animations.
Give priority to the Top 40.
Follow up on compliance.
Report the results of the actions.
Participates in the selection of internal and Agency personnel.
Assign work locations, roles, and dates according to planned workloads and changes required by Chains and eventualities.
Evaluates staff performance together with the Trade Marketing Manager.
Participates in defining the ranking of personnel according to their results.
Hold bimonthly meetings to communicate results and new commitments to staff.
Look for savings opportunities.
Analyze expense reports to detect and correct deviations.
Place purchase orders
Make visits to Points of Sale to supervise the implementation of promotions.
Stock and POS review
Generates visit report and follows up.
Create and maintain a strategic relationship with the Marketing and Sales areas, as well as Clients to generate synergy
Maintains open and constant communication that facilitates the level of service.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Must be an organized team player with solid interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, team player, strong at collaborative working relationships.
Position requires a minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Knowledge of distribution channels, market knowledge, promotion, Attention to detail, Creative, Analysis skills, Decision making, Customer service, Resistant to change.
Use of Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables), Power Point
Experience working on multiple projects at the same time.
Fluency in English & Spanish is a must have, French is a plus.
