What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the traditional channel strategy through 2027.
- Create plans for distributors, sales forces, and key traditional trade customers.
- Manage, control, and optimize the assigned budget.
- Lead business reviews and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze Nielsen, Kantar, and internal sales information to support data-driven decisions.
- Travel across Central America to strengthen execution and market understanding.
