Join us as a Trade Marketing Coordinator (12 months contract) for SMTR (Singapore, Malaysia and APAC Travel retail) Business Unit and help us reach more children across the region!

Core Responsibilities
1. Trade & Retail Execution
Be part of Key LEGO Campaign Planning team to represent Trade team to take decisions & support end-to-end execution of trade marketing campaigns across key retail partners (e.g. activations, displays, promotions)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee a timely and high-quality rollout of POSM and in-store materials
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and store readiness
2. Campaign & Performance Support
Monitor and report on campaign performance (GWP promotions effectiveness, visibility, execution quality)
Support post-campaign evaluations and share insights for continuous improvement
Maintain trackers for GWP promotions, assets, and retail activities
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital Media, PR and Events team and Retail partners to align on campaign requirements
Liaise with agencies, production vendors, and mall/event teams for activations
Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across all stakeholders
4. Merchandising & Visibility
Support development and deployment of in-store visibility solutions (displays, fixtures, branding)
Conduct store checks and ensure execution excellence across retail touchpoints
Find opportunities to enhance shopper experience and brand presence
5. Operations & Logistics
Coordinate production of GWPs, Marketing inventory, and delivery of marketing materials
Ensure assets are distributed accurately and on time to stores
Support budget tracking and invoice processing
6. Store Openings & Retail Maintenance
Support new store openings, pop-ups, and shop-in-shop setups, including coordination of fixtures, POSM, and visual merchandising elements
Assist in on-site setup, troubleshooting, and readiness checks ahead of store openings
Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely resolution of store maintenance and updates, including replacement of damaged POSM, fixtures, and visual elements
Track and handle maintenance requests, liaising with vendors to ensure timely resolution

This role is part of the SMTR Marketing Organization, which includes Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Events & PR and Marketing Investment Planning, all reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Do you have what it takes?
3 years experience in Trade Marketing management
Familiarity with trade marketing and in-store execution (POSM, displays, activations)
Basic understanding of sales tracking and promotion performance
Meticulous with strong execution follow-through and strong pro-activeness in getting things done
Interest in retail, marketing, and creating engaging shopper experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
