Job Summary:
As a Trading Lifecycle Analyst within our Trade Management team, you will manage daily trade Affirmation, Confirmation, and Matching activities.
Job Responsibilities

• Draft long-form confirmations for FX, NDF, Vanilla Options, and Structured Options as product types.
• Liaise with Legal for template queries, possessing a good understanding of ISDA and EMTA.
• Ensure that all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner according to SLAs.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal Lines of Business within Operations, Middle Office, and Client Services.
• Create and publish daily MIS reports of outstanding issues.
• Maintain a control and process improvement mindset.
• Critically challenge processes with the goal of identifying control issues and process improvement opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and very results oriented, Ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to communicate with external / internal clients.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and very self-motivated, Responsive to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
• PC skills required: MS Word, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and Internet
• Graduate with good academic record.
