Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the IPB Trade Support Middle Office team, you provide operational support for a range of products and trading activities.You ensure timely and accurate settlement and recording of trades for J.P. Morgan International Private Bank's clients. As part of the EMEA settlements team, you help maintain efficient, controlled, and compliant business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage internal expectations and keep business partners informed
- Perform daily controls with precision and accuracy
- Ensure data reviews are executed accurately and on time
- Support projects and regulatory changes to drive efficiency
- Engage daily with investors, custodians, and transfer agents
- Resolve stakeholder queries and issues promptly
- Make sound decisions based on facts and communicate insights
- Understand and optimize business processes for automation
- Contribute to process design and technology solutions
- Report to various jurisdictions at a legal entity level
- Identify and address weaknesses in processes and tools
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate motivation and operate as a self-starter
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Exhibit strong organization and attention to detail
- React quickly to complex issues with sound judgment
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Apply competency in MS Office and transformation tools (Alteryx, Python, Signavio)
