As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in Istanbul Operations team, you will provide support to main products FX, Money Market, Fixed Income trade flows. You will be gathering an expertise on highly regulated market by operating daily trade flows. You will be part of a motivated team focused on delivering successful results on daily basis to the business working with. Istanbul Operations is part of an experienced group of people in globally. On a daily basis, you will be working with internal teams as well as other corporate business support teams which will help you to increase your network within the company. Job Responsibilities

  • Performs daily reconciliation tasks for supervisory controls, supports ad-hoc requests received from other local departments
  • Prepares and submit the regulatory reports to local authorities
  • Monitors trade flow between systems and make sure all trades successfully delivered into downstream systems
  • Provides support as user to User Acceptance Test cycles
  • Performs the affirmation of the fixed income trades and/or TRY payments with local agent/custodian banks
  • Deals effectively and tactfully with customers, other banks, and other banks personnel
  • Liaises with Istanbul Stock Exchange, ISE Clearing Bank Takasbank and Central Bank of Turkey for all cash& securities settlements and funding aspects


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administrative, International Relations, Banking
  • At most 2 years experience in Banking Sector, preferably Treasury Operations
  • Fluent in writing, speaking, and listening in Turkish and English
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio; high level knowledge on Swift message types that are used in settlement flows
  • Strong attention to details in the operational daily workflows and sense of urgency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Continuously looks for ways to improve business process and controls as appropriate to the role; passionate about the role and approach all tasks with enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism, and care
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work under pressure, ability to support& adapt within a changing environment
