As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Job responsibilities
- Capture, validate, and maintain OTC derivative trades and related economic data within strategic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Support valuation, processing, and reconciliation activities by maintaining high-quality trade and cash data across derivative portfolios.
- Perform trade and cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with fund managers, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to NAV support, independent valuation, middle office, and asset verification activities in accordance with established operational procedures.
- Support onboarding of new clients, funds, and products, ensuring operational readiness and successful implementation of servicing requirements.
- Manage daily production activities and control processes, ensuring all deliverables, reconciliations, and sign-offs are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Partner with Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities, driving initiatives that strengthen controls, increase efficiency, and improve the client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Financial Services Operations, Derivatives Operations, Fund Services, Middle Office, or a related function.
- Working knowledge of OTC derivative products and associated operational processes.
- Understanding of valuation methodologies, trade lifecycle events, reconciliation processes, and financial market products.
- Knowledge of asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Foreign Exchange, Indices, and Derivative instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and control awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
