This trade compliance role ensures regulatory adherence for relevant trade activities within defined countries. You will support the company’s strategic objectives by optimizing trade-related elements in alignment with global processes and business strategy.
What will you be doing?
Ensure accurate customs tariff classification and country-of-origin data validation in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Maintain and enhance trade tools and processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with process owners, IT, and business stakeholders to support strategic goals.
Analyze and interpret area/country-specific regulatory frameworks and their business impact.
Support compliance awareness and process improvements.
Act as a key user for trade compliance tools and provide insights for continuous development.
Are you the one?
7-15 years of experience in trade compliance.
Proven expertise in customs tariff classification (HS Code), free trade agreements, and country-of-origin data validation.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
Independent, proactive, and organized.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiar with trade compliance software and AI-based solutions.
Adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive improvements.
