As our next CRM Manager in our Trade team, you’ll lead a high-impact team with three direct reports, firstly a CRM Lead and a CRM Specialist who will look to you for direction, clarity, and coaching. Alongside them, you’ll have a dedicated SQL Analyst reporting into you focused on ensuring customer data flows cleanly into Braze, writing queries for sharper segmentation, and unlocking the insights you need to prove commercial impact. Together, this gives you the power to run CRM as a genuine growth engine that drives upgrades, retention, and revenue across tens of thousands of trades.

What makes this role genuinely stand out is the firepower you’ll have at your fingertips. You won’t just be managing CRM campaigns, you’ll be shaping the entire technical roadmap with two dedicated CRM Engineers embedded into your team day-to-day, looking to you to set their priorities and steer what gets built next. That means no waiting in a queue behind Martech or Engineering - you’ll have the autonomy to move fast, build smarter automations, unlock deeper integrations, and push the boundaries of what CRM can do. Add to that three direct reports bringing campaigns to life, and you’ve got a rare blend of resources that lets you play strategist, hands-on builder, and product owner all at once. This isn’t a typical CRM role - it’s a chance to redefine how CRM operates in a tech-first business, with direct influence on both strategy and execution.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Delivering automated journeys that convert free trades into paid members, drive adoption and reduce churn.

  • Spotting opportunities to scale, automate and improve, from templates to triggers to tools.

  • Collaborating with Trade Growth, Product and RevOps to align CRM to revenue goals.

  • Making sure every CRM activity is measurable, testable and tied to clear commercial KPIs.

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

  • Experienced in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally in SaaS, B2B or marketplace settings.

  • Confidence using Braze plus familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude and SQL.

  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you’re a player-coach who still builds.

  • Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.
