What You Will Be Doing:

  • This position ensures compliance with applicable regional, local, and U.S. Export laws and regulations, controlling cross-border transactions.

  • The role provides export support for outbound shipments and will interact with and direct external freight forwarders, and internal shipping/transportation staff to assure compliant export transactions

  • Manage manual AES filings and perform daily audits  

  • Provide analysis & regulatory guidance to stakeholders to maintain compliance with  EAR regulations.

  • Manage metrics reporting process, including analysis of data and recommendations to management.    Participate in forwarder QBRs.

  • The position acts as a liaison among several internal groups across Arrow businesses such as IT, legal, sales, logistics, asset management, operations and others in an effort to ensure proper adherence to trade management and trade control laws and regulations.

  • Support and implement solutions, including audits and process improvements.

  • Update and maintain written procedures and policies (SOP) for service providers to comply with internal and external customer requirements and expectations.

  • Maintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.

  • Cross-functional support among teams within the organization.

  • Performs support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in operational compliance processes and procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in international trade with emphasis on Export – regulations and compliance. 

  • Experience with trade documentation

  • Import compliance experience a plus.

  • Working knowledge of US Export processes and the US  Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  

  • Familiarity with AES filings and processes

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills across operational, financial, and compliance domains.

  • Experience in coordinating with 3rd‑party logistics providers, and internal cross‑functional teams.

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, tracking tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Oracle, Excel, Power BI).

  • Ability to manage multiple high‑risk activities with minimal redundancy or backup.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high impact environment.

Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$69,600.00 - $82,280.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
