Job Description
- Producing monthly statement reconciliations for supplier accounts and handling enquiries relating to payables.
- Ensure timely processing of EDI invoices, Debit and Credit Notes, as well as payments to suppliers (Foreign & Local).
- Prepare scheduled / ad hoc reports, monthly balance sheet & GL reconciliation.
- Supporting other AP team member and achieve a high level of teamwork in completion of document processing or resolving AP related issues.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Professional Qualification.
- At least 1.5 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Process-driven, systematic, analytical with a keen eye for detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and ability to create and analyse Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with Oracle Finance will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, or an equivalent professional qualification
- At least 1.5 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Process-driven, systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas and Pivot Tables
