Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development of engine and cooling requirements for tracked forestry products, including multiple emissions levels for various global markets.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that proper design criteria are being met during product development.
- Lead design reviews of the engine systems during development, participate in analysis of the engine systems throughout development and testing.
- Create detailed designs of the various engine systems using Deere systems and tools.
What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of product design experience.
- 1 or more years working with a cross-functional, global development team.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer skills in 3-D modelling, MS-Office products.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge in engine & cooling integration, including fuel systems and aftertreatment, into mobile vehicle applications.
- Experience in designing to, or verifying engine application requirements.
- Experience with CREO 3D modeling and Windchill/PDMLink.
- Able to interpret, analyze and determine solutions using KULI, FEA and CFD results.
Education Details
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
