Salary Range: $75,600.00 - $113,400.00

Relocation services is not available for this role.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of engine and cooling requirements for tracked forestry products, including multiple emissions levels for various global markets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that proper design criteria are being met during product development.
  • Lead design reviews of the engine systems during development, participate in analysis of the engine systems throughout development and testing.
  • Create detailed designs of the various engine systems using Deere systems and tools.

What Skills You Need
  • 3 or more years of product design experience.
  • 1 or more years working with a cross-functional, global development team.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Computer skills in 3-D modelling, MS-Office products.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Knowledge in engine & cooling integration, including fuel systems and aftertreatment, into mobile vehicle applications.
  • Experience in designing to, or verifying engine application requirements.
  • Experience with CREO 3D modeling and Windchill/PDMLink.
  • Able to interpret, analyze and determine solutions using KULI, FEA and CFD results.

Education Details
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
