Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OTC Global TPS Lead to oversee and lead our global TPS (payments) operations. This role will manage a team of 7 FTEs and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all TPS activities worldwide.
The role includes close collaboration with both the Thailand and Palma payment teams and focuses on delivering operational stability, continuous service improvement, strong risk controls, and accurate reconciliations.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, partnership capabilities, and a proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the global TPS team, ensuring high levels of performance, collaboration, and service delivery.
  • Oversee all global TPS payment activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support the Thailand and Palma teams in all payment‑related workflows and initiatives.
  • Ensure operational stability and drive continuous service improvement across all TPS functions.
  • Strengthen risk controls and ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Manage reconciliation processes and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external TPS providers.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the main contact point for internal and external stakeholders related to TPS operations.
Skillset and Experience Required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience working with SAP.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the travel industry in a Finance‑related role.
  • Strong experience in Payments Processes.
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience
  • Hands‑on experience using SAP and Excel.

Skills Required
