Portfolio & Program Execution
- Drive end‑to‑end feature and program delivery across multi‑year roadmaps, managing schedules, dependencies, and backlogs.
- Plan and execute programs across vehicle platforms and digital ecosystems, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.
Technical Leadership
- Translate customer and business requirements into actionable requirements across cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Apply technical fundamentals and release engineering practices to support architecture and solution design.
- Identify required data sets; analyze data to inform decisions, uncover gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Anticipate technical risks, drive mitigations, lead escalations, and manage change requests.
Metrics, Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track Technical Success Metrics, including KPIs, to measure delivery health and feature performance.
- Lead PDCA’s and drive continuous improvement through 5D workplans and other process optimization practices.
- Identify and implement process enhancements that increase quality, velocity, and execution predictability.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions clearly to leadership, engineering teams, and cross‑functional partners.
- Align teams on goals, delivery plans, dependencies, and technology staging across complex feature areas.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and influence decisions that impact project‑level outcomes.
You'll have...
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience proven experience as a Technical Program Management
- Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence and guide leadership.
- Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering impactful technology.

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.
