Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Facilitate orientation classes, workshops and cohorts both in-person and virtually to new team members, leaders, mentors, and buddies
• Perform onboarding administrative responsibilities, including the review of the TPG headcount forecast to identify new hire start dates, sending new hire welcome emails, organizing new hire and intern onboarding cohorts, enrolling new team members into training courses, and working with leaders to identify onboarding mentors and buddies for new hires
• Use metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve onboarding programs and courses
• Coordinate with leaders to create, review, and improve onboarding plans for new team members based on their functional group and job role
• Pull data and create reports to evaluate onboarding processes and opportunities for improvement
• Provide inputs to improve work efficiency and quality
