Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of SKU range build up and oversee the creation and identification of product coding.
- Prepare Technical Product Documentation (TPD), including Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM) and configuration management.
- Work closely with the project team to define service strategies and establish BOM structures.
- Collecting project data and computing the required statistics, for example relevant program and project KPI’s;
- Analyzing the weekly activity progress reports on completeness and data consistency
- Summarizing and reporting the results of tracking data regularly
- Verifying the reported actual vs planning within a defined period
- Provide expert guidance to project team members on processes, tools, and procedures, offering practical solutions as needed.
- Support Integral Project Leads in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned, including training coordination and employee account management.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in technical product documentation, project Support alike activities/roles or related roles within R&D functions. Candidates with strong technical, data, or reporting expertise who have served as assistants to R&D/Engineering leadership will also be considered.
- Technical product documentation management on Medical product.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Windchill, and Planisware.
- Strong analytical mindset and computational thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in creating product assets such as documentation, visuals, and service materials.
- Process-oriented approach with solid knowledge of reporting systems and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with various project documentation platforms and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new software tools; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or Program Management
- Vocational education in Project Management or equivalent (alternative to Bachelor's)
- Experience: No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree; OR minimum 4 years' experience with Vocational Education in Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management
