  • Research healthcare markets and identify the most effective approaches to network development, provider access and healthcare cost management.

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with hospitals, healthcare providers, TPAs and other service partners.

  • Build strong provider networks that offer members access to high-quality inpatient and outpatient services.

  • Manage relationships with providers and partners to help deliver quality care, excellent service and value for money.

  • Monitor healthcare spend and identify opportunities to improve cost management and commercial performance.

  • Work with internal teams to make sure new provider agreements and network solutions can be implemented successfully.

  • Support the delivery of regional healthcare management strategies in line with business objectives.

  • Lead and influence external partner teams to deliver positive outcomes for customers and providers.

  • Review network performance, identify opportunities for improvement and drive action plans.

  • Act as a point of contact for escalated provider and partner queries.

  • Support governance and performance review activities across provider and partner relationships.

  • Stay informed about relevant healthcare regulations and market developments across the region.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who builds strong relationships and enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, provider network management, contract negotiation or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare providers, healthcare funding models or the international health insurance market.

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing complex provider or partner relationships.

  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.

  • The ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, even where there's no direct reporting line.

  • Experience delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
