What You’ll Do- Respond to incoming internet leads quickly and professionally
- Connect with customers via phone, text, email, and online platforms
- Schedule appointments and help guide customers through the buying process
- Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience
- Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic and sales results
- Follow up consistently with potential buyers and maintain CRM activity
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Sales, retail, call center, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus
- Comfortable with computers, texting, and online communication tools
