The Tower Coordinator is a frontline, hands‑on position responsible for monitoring and coordinating all aircraft cabin cleaning activity at the airport. This role supports daily operations by dispatching cabin cleaning agents, tracking service requests, and providing guidance to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is an active role that requires frequent and full stair‑climbing to access aircraft and work areas. You must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs. The position also requires the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional manner at all times while working with coworkers, airport personnel, and service teams.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour pay rate

- Communicate effectively and maintain a professional manner using radios, telephones, and computer systems
- Monitor job assignments and track progress to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Coordinate service support between teams and airport personnel
- Provide guidance to agents when updates, changes, or operational needs arise
- Receive, update, and track work orders and service requests in real time
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, service completion, and assignment status
- Identify and report operational issues, delays, or service needs
- Access aircraft and work areas that require climbing multiple flights of stairs
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures required by the Company, airport, and regulatory authorities
- Perform other frontline operational duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Prior dispatching experience required
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Must meet all requirements to receive an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
- Must be able to fully climb stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
