Job Description:
Within Procurement Operations, we are a team specialized in Transfer of Works (Airbus driven and Supplier Driven) and Industrializations. Team members are located in 4 different locations across Europe and work with more than 30 aerostructure suppliers managing and leading more than 150 projects every year. Deliver our products OnQualityOnTime, following Airbus procedures and doing it within our values while continously developping our supply chain, is our goal.

This SCQM position has as main task:.
- Manage/contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance. 
- Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope. 
- Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality, delivery aspects 
- Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT) 
Specifically in the field of ToW & industrialization
He/She will manage Transfer of Work projects driven by Airbus
- Monitor the Supplier Driven Transfer of work of several suppliers. 
- Manage the workload requested by the several Transfer of Work, making a proper balance and providing flexibility to react on time and on quality according priorities 
- Manage the cost of the project associated all team members involved 
- Ensure endure global view about industrial process 
- Report status of projects in SMP IT Tool 
- Ensure adherence to the industrial planning 
- Coordinate MFT information for support/escalation/decision 
- He/she will be in charge for APQP deliverables for the ToW project & sharing return of experience and lessons learnt within POST 
- Ensure the maturity of the WP before Handover to serial SCQM 
- Responsible of supplier for supporting ToW link with low maturity in APQP 
Requirements:
Education: Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 7 years in Supply chain, Manufacturing Engineering or Quality areas.
Soft skills: Autonomous person able to evaluate the context and identify risk and opportunities. High adaptability to work in different projects with a high number of stakeholders from different countries/cultures.
Languages. Clear communication and decision making. Advanced level in English. Chinese it would be a plus
Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge about aerostructure parts, preferably some background in Quality. Composite technology and Project management experience will be valuable.
IT Tools: The candidate must be an advanced user of common IT tools Google and quick learner for specific tools needed in the job (SMP, SAP, CAPRI, etc.) and curious about digitalization and new technologies.
Nice to have:
- Highly motivated and willingness to learn-

- Availability to travel
- The candidate must have a certain technical knowledge about aerostructure parts, preferably some background in Quality and/or Supply Chain.
- Engineering or manufacturing engineer background will be valuable.
- Composite technology knowledge will be valuable.

- Project management experience is valuable.
- The candidate must be an advance user of common IT tools (MS Office,...)quick learner for specific tools needed in the job and curious about digitalization and new technologies.
