You will implement, and manage the company’s global compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for building the foundations of a scalable, competitive, and business‑aligned compensation strategy across all countries where the company operates.

The Role:

Compensation & Rewards Strategy

  • Design and implement a global rewards program covering all countries and employee groups.

  • Ensure market competitiveness through regular benchmarking, salary surveys, and external market analysis.

  • Develop compensation structures, salary bands, bonus schemes, and reward mechanisms aligned with the company’s business strategy.

  • Establish clear, standardized compensation processes across all countries, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.

Performance Management

  • Build and manage performance evaluation frameworks that directly link employee performance to compensation outcomes.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure performance processes are understood, adopted, and consistently applied.

  • Define performance metrics, calibration processes, and guidelines to ensure objective and measurable evaluations.

Process Design & Implementation

  • Create the foundational compensation and performance infrastructure, including tools, metrics, and documentation.

  • Assess, calculate, and implement compensation adjustments, salary reviews, and bonus allocations.

  • Ensure all programs and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational growth.

Data, Analytics & Governance

  • Use data to drive decisions: analyze compensation trends, pay equity, performance distribution, and market positioning.

  • Maintain strong governance and compliance across all compensation and performance processes.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on quantitative analysis.

What we are looking for:

  • Senior experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a multinational environment.

  • Strong understanding of compensation concepts: salary structures, benchmarking, pay ratios, bonuses, incentives, equity, etc.

  • Experience designing or managing performance management frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS/HR tools.

  • Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, while collaborating effectively with HRBPs and business leaders.

  • Strong process‑design mindset: able to build foundations, standardize practices, and create clarity.

  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and complex compensation models.

  • Availability to attend the office five days a week (with full flexibility).

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary package based on experience: €45k–€60k

  • Collaborative work environment and positive culture.

  • Free gym and classes.

  • New state-of-the-art office in Barcelona centre (Eixample district)

  • Benefits and discounts in the company's products

  • International and diverse teams.

  • 39 hours per week and 37,5 hours per week during summer

  • 27 days off per year.

  • Flexibility in starting and ending your shift.
