This position owns Alma's compensation framework, people data and HR systems across all entities, working closely with Finance, HRBPs and business leaders.
What You'll Own
- Run the global compensation cycle end to end, hands-on: budget modeling, merit and promotion rounds, bonus, manager guidelines, approvals and governance across all entities and populations.
- Own job architecture, grading and salary ranges and price roles against market benchmarks and remuneration surveys on an ongoing basis.
- Design compensation policies, bonus and incentive plans, and keep global and local practices aligned.
- Own the HRIS (HiBob) as system owner: data integrity, permissions, integrations and vendor relationship.
- Build people analytics that leadership actually uses: headcount and cost reporting, compensation analyses, workforce trends.
- At least 4 years in compensation or total rewards in a global environment.
- Proven hands-on ownership of a full compensation cycle end to end
- Strong command of benchmarking data, job grading methodologies and compensation modeling.
- HRIS ownership experience, HiBob an advantage; advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Structured and process-driven, but flexible enough to adapt frameworks when the business changes.
- Real business understanding and the ability to translate data into a recommendation a leader can act on.
- A natural partner to Finance, comfortable working across geographies and cultures.
- High discretion with sensitive data, strong ownership.
- High level Hebrew and English.
