About the role: 

As Total Rewards Operations Manager, you will lead Electrolux's Total Rewards Operations team, driving the delivery and continuous improvement of global rewards processes and programs. Working closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders across regions, you will ensure an exceptional employee experience through efficient reward operations, data-driven insights, and high-quality service delivery. 

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards EMEA, you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, leading a team responsible for key compensation and rewards activities that support our global workforce. 

 

What you will do: 

As our Total Rewards Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering global compensation and rewards operations. You will lead a team of specialists, oversee annual reward cycles, drive process improvements, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure our rewards programs remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This is a highly visible role that combines people leadership, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. 

 

In detail you will: 

Rewards Operations & Projects 

  • Lead the delivery of global Total Rewards processes, including Annual Salary Review, Short-Term Incentive programs, and other annual reward activities. 

  • Drive rewards-related initiatives and projects across areas such as compensation analysis, market benchmarking and offer management. 

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience. 

  • Ensure policies, governance, and controls are in place to support compliant and consistent rewards delivery. 

Stakeholder Partnership 

  • Serve as a trusted partner and key point of contact for Total Rewards Operations. 

  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions. 

  • Drive excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities. 

  • Foster strong collaboration with our HR Shared Services organization in Kraków and the wider global HR community. 

People Leadership 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an engaging and inclusive environment where people can thrive. 

  • Support talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Inspire the team through clear direction, strong leadership, and alignment with Electrolux's purpose and values. 

Process Excellence & Governance 

  • Ensure high-quality execution of core rewards processes and accurate reporting to support business decision-making. 

  • Maintain strong governance and data quality standards across compensation and job architecture activities. 

  • Partner with Global Total Rewards teams to ensure alignment of processes, priorities, and continuous improvement efforts. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • University degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Solid experience within Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Rewards Operations. 

  • Previous people management experience. 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities. 

  • Experience managing compensation processes, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements. 

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Experience working in a global and matrix organization. 

  • Knowledge of International Mobility is an advantage. 

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide.
