About the Role:The Total Rewards Intern will have the opportunity to assist with and work on several key projects for the Total Rewards team. This is an exciting opportunity for students who are passionate about human resources and are looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical company.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

Collaborate with HR team members to assist in the preparation of total rewards statements for employees, including data analysis and presentation development

Assist in conducting a review of key vendor and system functionalities related to compensation processes, providing insights and recommendations for potential improvements

Assist in the support of Veeva Vault systems, including documentation, data entry, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed, gaining exposure to different facets of HR operations within a biopharmaceutical company
Requirements:

Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably in their junior or senior year

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Prior internship experience a plus

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software and systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
