We’re looking for a talented teammate…
To join us for a summer Total Rewards Internship! This position is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student passionate about Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, recognition). This intern will have the opportunity to truly learn about how a highly functioning HR team supports a growing business! This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in the Denver Metro Area.

- Support efforts for our wellness and other benefits program
- Exposure to the administration of our jobs and compensation structures
- Supports other parts of the HR function
Exciting candidates have…
- Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2025, prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
- Based in the Denver Metro Area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
Compensation Range:
$20 - $24 / hour
Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
