What You’ll Do
- Develop a Total Rewards playbook for HR partners, summarizing compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs.
- Build engaging PowerPoint presentations that detail program specifics, eligibility, administration, and important timeframes.
- Coordinate Total Rewards communication and training initiatives.
- Conduct Canada Pay Equity analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure flawless implementation of rewards programs.
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of our total rewards offerings and suggest improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Current enrollment at Boston Latin College (Junior or Senior standing)
- Interest and general understanding of total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for making a positive impact.
Location
Massachusetts, United States
The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $18.00 to $36.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
