Job DescriptionThe Total Rewards Analyst will support different compensation core processes, like the annual compensation cycle, pay equity and salary planning. Will also participate in special projects.
Support the following compensation core processes:
Annual compensation cycle: performing comp admin tasks related to manual updates for global transfers, manual uploads (ABS for bonus calculation, fixed allowances, LOA proration, etc), updates and deletion of change statements, troubleshooting of issues during the live cycle. Key participation in the testing phases for regular cycles and for enhancements.
Pay Equity: outlier review follow up, consolidation of information and analysis of data.
Survey participation: global data submission for participation in the annual WTW compensation survey. Participation in the budget salary planning surveys for Mercer and WTW.
Salary Planning: support the salary planning process with data preparation and analysis.
Recognition programs: invoice reconciliation, usage analysis of the program, etc.
Specific team’s compensation analysis per request. Pay for performance analysis.
Redesign the process and tools to facilitate regular audits to compensation information to ensure accuracy in the compensation proposals and bonus payments
Annual mapping of incentive plans at the employee level
Participate as team member in other projects related to compensation, as MRP creation process review, Pay Factors replacement tool evaluation, Living wage calculation, etc
Skills and Competences:
Understanding of compensation policies, practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting salary survey data to make informed compensation decisions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate job positions, perform market analysis, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in compensation proposals and job evaluations.
Exceptional Excel / Google sheets skills for data analysis.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts to stakeholders.
Prior experience with compensation software and tools is a plus.
Tech savvy skills
Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
4-5 years related experience.
English Business level required
Oracle Cloud HCM, Service Now or applicable systems knowledge and experience is a plus.
CCP Certification a plus
