At Wellmark, we believe Total Rewards isn’t just about compensation, benefits, or wellness programs - it’s about how those elements come together to shape the employee experience in meaningful ways. You will also apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complexity, solve problems, and make informed decisions across both structured processes and more ambiguous situations. This role is ideal for someone who brings curiosity, strong follow-through, and a continuous improvement mindset - someone who communicates with intention and takes pride in creating a thoughtful, connected experience for others.
