Set up and operate machines with high precision, managing multiple variables to produce tooling and parts.
Perform welding and fabrication as required for tooling and equipment repair.
Load raw materials, control machine cycles, and unload finished products.
Handle frequent changeovers for short-run jobs requiring quick setup adjustments.
Inspect products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools and make necessary process adjustments.
Maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to support production needs.
