This position is for the Summer of 2025 (mid/end of May - mid/end of August)
What You Will Do
- You will support the tooling team in managing, maintaining, and optimizing injection molds and tooling systems used in the production of automotive plastic components
- You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds
- You will support tooling modifications, trials, and improvements
- You will participate in mold validation, sampling, and troubleshooting
- You will handle other details as requested by your Manager
What You Should Have
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You have basic understanding of plastic injection molding
- You preferably have had a class or experience with a CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, TETRA 4D)
- You have an eagerness to work in a plant floor environment
