What a typical day looks like:
- 负责钣金模具的开发和跟踪调试， 处理问题， 量产时支持冲压排线和布局
- 参与产品结构和可行性技术分析。
- 负责确定、评审顾客技术要求，在项目开发中负责识别顾客产品的特殊特性。
- 负责技术要求、开发日程要求方面的评审，对技术资料、作业指导书等技术文件的管理。
- 负责对有关工艺技术、技术知识和采用的统计技术进行培训。
- 负责对外采购外协产品的技术状态及所选用的技术标准提出要求。
- 负责生产技术准备及技术管理，对产品交付后的技术服务。
- 负责潜在失效模式及其后果分析（FMEA）和风险分析。
- 负责模具图等技术资料的管理。
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上学历，机械工程/模具设计等理工类专业。
- 熟练运用AutoCAD设计软件。
- 掌握主流3D 软件操作运用（Solidwork，UG,Creo …）。
- 5 年及以上模具设计经验，有 Shelf / Rack 产品相关经验者优先
- 具备连续模（Progressive Tool）冲压设计经验，熟悉 ≥400T 冲压设备
- 熟悉模具从设计、试模到量产支持的完整生命周期
- 具备良好的沟通能力与项目意识，能够在多方协作环境中推动问题解决

Skills Required
- Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years mold/tooling design experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Proficient with mainstream 3D CAD (SolidWorks, UG/NX, Creo)
- Experience with progressive (continuous) die/stamping design
- Familiarity with stamping equipment >=400T and production support
- Familiar with full die lifecycle from design, tryout to mass-production support
- Experience performing FMEA and risk analysis
- Good communication skills and project awareness in cross-functional environments
- Experience with Shelf / Rack products
