What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment
- Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work
- Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
- Build fixtures and optimize machining setups
- Inspect parts to tight tolerances
- Work closely with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects
What We’re Looking For
- CNC setup and programming experience
- Tool Room, Tool & Die, or job shop background
- Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
- Pride in craftsmanship and precision work
