Tool Design Engineer

• Project support for new products

• Provides to the product designer a feasibility confirmation
• Provides to the project manager the data for the production and manufacturing cost (prices/delivery time/performance…)
• Create the specifications for the tool
• Is responsible to order and follow the tool budget
• Track the delivery and is in charge of the reception check
• Participate to the tooling molding test and follow all corrective actions if needed until targeted performance is reached
• Fill the std document of molding report for the gates
• Keep the tool document updated 
   

• Production support for existing products

• Take part of molding experience plan and troubleshooting diagnostics
• Take care of tool provider communication and tool logistic
• Participate to the continuous improvement (tool maintenance / process improvement)
• Support the project manager and product designer in case of product evolution
   

•  Tooling service

• Report the lessons learned to the global tooling team
• Help to maintain update the tool standard and to improve existing documents
• Report the lessons learned

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

Material and manufacturing  knowledges

Technical analysis skill
Fluent Level Polish and English mandatory
