Job Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will maintain Tool Crib room with the proper stock as applicable of spare parts, tooling and consumable product as stablished by the operations guidelines to maintain the facility in normal operation. Guarantee 5's Rockwell standard of the room. Reduce operational costs by the Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities related to the purchasing of spare, tooling and consumable products. Implement One Time Physical Count and cycle count. From Inventory management perspective, keep proper ROP, Safety point, classify ABC Criteria of spares. Also maintain the eCMMS system update meanwhile parts or consumable are dispatched.

Principles responsibilities:

Create purchase orders requests to maintain the proper stock of spare, tooling, consumable as established by the operations guidelines and generates reports on inventory expenses, as a way to maintain the leadership informed about the spare availability and the expenses made.

Maintain the spare parts in storage conditions to preserve the integrity of the parts. Monitoring Inventory levels and process to identify new purchase orders requirements.

Follow proper procedures when issuing and receiving spare parts, also stocking and disposing. Maintain the Tool Crib area organized under the 5S standard to maintain a close control of availability of parts, tooling's and consumable.

Perform Cycle count and lead One Time Physical Count. Calculate eCMMS system update as applicable regarding inventory management main topics: ROP, ABC Criteria, Safety Stock.

Assist Spare Parts kitting parts coordination of major focus Equipment and utility outages and long-term maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules and guidelines stablished.

Coordinate customer return with Purchasing department for chargeable repairs.

Comply with the IT security guidelines to protect sensitive information of the company.

Manage Tool Crib Goals: monitoring and control as Manufacturing Equipment Excellence defined and perform any other activities related with job position.

Minimum Requirements:

High School degree.

Technical education required in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electronics or related field.

Desirable: Knowledge in eCMMS system and knowledge on Inventory Management.

4 years of experiences in Warehouse, Tool Crib or Maintenance area.

Intermediate English.

Office management (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
