Main Activities and Responsibilities
- TOC Services Lead Coordination — Serve as the primary coordination point for all Teams and Referee Services integration matters escalated within the TOC.
- Communications Monitoring — Track activity across all Teams and Referee WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams channels to maintain real‑time situational awareness of client movements.
- Issue & Risk Management — Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of all Teams and Referee client‑service issues and risks in WeTrack, working closely with Team Services and Refereeing Operations. Provide timely updates to TOC Services Duty Management and during all relevant integration meetings.
- Daily Forward Look Leadership — Lead the PMA & Referees Daily Forward Look Meetings, ensuring alignment of movement data and confirming that Travel, Arrivals & Departures, Transport, Accommodation, and Logistics services are scheduled to meet client requirements and service standards.
- Itinerary Validation — Review, cleanse, and verify itineraries across designated systems to ensure accuracy and prevent last‑minute conflicts.
- Forward Look Reporting — Produce the Teams and Referees Services Forward Look Report, highlighting discrepancies and tracking required follow‑up actions.
- Critical Journey Assurance — Monitor critical journeys using specialized tools (Itinerary Radar, TMM Live Panel, Monday.com), confirming journey completion and communicating any delays or incidents that may negatively impact client experience.
Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
Work Experience
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including late nights/early mornings and across time zones
- 1+ years experience in a Tournament / Sport Event Services related delivery role supporting large-scale or international events
- Familiarity with event and project management tools and service workflows
Languages
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
