Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- LMS Administration
- Create and manage training events and sessions in the LMS.
- Ensure participants adhere to guidelines, complete pre-work, and regularly log in.
- Close attendance records post-training sessions.
- Induction Management
- Assign and track induction curriculum for new employees.
- Monitor and improve induction processes to enhance employee engagement and reduce attrition.
- Review effectiveness of induction programs.
- Digital Learning
- Launch and track completion of web-based training (WBT) modules.
- Promote self-learning culture and share performance reports with stakeholders.
- Data Management
- Maintain and cleanse manpower and training data in LMS and related systems.
- Merge user accounts, resolve login issues, and raise tickets for system errors.
- Training Performance Reporting
- Generate reports on training metrics, feedback, certifications, and KPIs.
- Track focus topics and induction progress.
- Training Planning & Coordination
- Communicate training calendars and announcements to the network.
- Manage nominations, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for participants.
- Ensure timely updates and approvals for any changes in training schedules.
- Stakeholder Support
- Act as SPOC for dealer HR managers and trainers for queries related to nominations, registrations, and LMS usage.
- Provide timely reports and assist with special projects or events.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience with LMS administration and training coordination.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, LMS platforms, Tableau, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in retail automotive training coordination preferred.
