Position Overview

Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking cleared professionals for current and anticipated positions supporting the Theater Military Intelligence Support Services contract and related U.S. military missions throughout Europe.

We are building a qualified candidate bench across a broad range of security, intelligence, collection, planning, screening, and biometric disciplines. These positions will bring together experienced professionals with diverse military, intelligence, security, and technical backgrounds to support critical U.S. missions across the European theater.

Opportunities range from Junior through Journeyman to Senior-level positions. Requirements vary by position and level, and all positions currently require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Opportunities Available
Cleared American Guards and Construction Surveillance Technicians

Cleared American Guards provide fixed-site protection for secure U.S. facilities. Duties may include access control, personnel and vehicle inspections, monitoring security and alarm systems, maintaining security logs, responding to incidents, enforcing site procedures, and protecting classified facilities and materials.

Construction Surveillance Technicians support the construction or renovation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and other secure spaces. Duties may include monitoring construction personnel, inspecting tools and materials, reviewing construction plans, identifying unauthorized modifications or security anomalies, controlling access to construction areas, and maintaining detailed construction-security documentation.

These positions require relevant physical-security, force-protection, law-enforcement, construction-security, military, or comparable experience. CST applicants with ICD 705, SCIF construction, construction-trade, engineering, facilities, inspection, or technical surveillance experience are particularly encouraged to apply. Formal ICD 705 training is preferred for CST applicants but is not required to apply.

Security Managers and Special Security Officers

Security Managers and Special Security Officers support personnel, information, physical, and industrial security programs within classified military environments.

Responsibilities may include security-clearance verification, DISS and Scattered Castles administration, access control, badging, Security Clearance Access Rosters, classified-material accountability, security briefings, incident inquiries, inspections, Security Assistance Visits, SCIF administration, secure-area accreditation, document control, NATO security requirements, and security policy implementation.

Applicants should have relevant experience supporting a Command Security Manager, Special Security Officer, personnel security office, G2 security office, SCIF program, or comparable Department of Defense security organization.

Intelligence Analysts All Source OSINT Cyber and CI HUMINT

Intelligence Analysts support military operations and senior-leader decision-making through intelligence research, analysis, production, reporting, and briefings.

Available disciplines include All-Source Intelligence, Open-Source Intelligence, Cyber Intelligence, and Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence.

Responsibilities may include monitoring current events and threat reporting; conducting all-source, open-source, cyber, CI, or HUMINT analysis; producing intelligence assessments and briefings; performing indications and warning analysis; developing threat networks and persons-of-interest profiles; supporting operational planning; responding to intelligence requirements; and using classified and unclassified intelligence databases and analytical tools.

Certain cyber and CI/HUMINT positions may require digital-forensics training, certifications, or directly related technical experience.

Collection Managers

Collection Managers support intelligence collection and requirements management for military intelligence organizations.

Responsibilities may include managing requests for information, coordinating intelligence collection requirements, developing collection plans, supporting intelligence annexes and operational planning, evaluating the use of collection assets, coordinating across intelligence disciplines, maintaining collection-management systems, and conducting quality control of collection and dissemination products.

Applicants should have relevant experience in collection management, intelligence operations, requests for information, intelligence requirements, collection planning, or related military intelligence functions.

Intelligence and Exercise Planners

Intelligence and Exercise Planners support operational planning, contingency planning, crisis-action planning, military exercises, and the integration of intelligence into military decision-making.

Responsibilities may include developing intelligence-planning products, supporting the Military Decision-Making Process, preparing operation orders and task orders, developing exercise scenarios and intelligence injects, participating in Joint Event Life Cycle activities, supporting multinational and NATO exercises, coordinating intelligence architecture and manning, tracking mission-essential tasks, and collaborating with U.S., Joint, Allied, and coalition organizations.

Applicants should have relevant intelligence-planning, operational-planning, exercise-planning, military staff, or joint and multinational planning experience.

Screening Vetting Biometrics and LEP Support

These positions support personnel screening, access determinations, biometric operations, document and media exploitation, watch-list management, and biometric-enabled intelligence.

LEP Screeners may conduct interviews, review records, coordinate with security organizations, maintain screening documentation, support base-access determinations, collect biometric information, and assist with the evaluation of locally employed personnel. Professional Albanian-language capability is required for the current LEP Screener mission.

Biometrics Analysts may support biometric collection systems, document and media exploitation, biometric-enabled intelligence, watch-list management, operational and systems architecture, user training, equipment testing, technical documentation, and coordination with military units and intelligence organizations.

General Qualifications

Requirements vary by role and position level. Candidates must possess:

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Relevant education and experience for the applicable Junior, Journeyman, or Senior labor category.

  • The ability to work full-time and on-site at the assigned OCONUS location.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain applicable Status of Forces Agreement, Technical Representative, or other required overseas work authorization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support mission-driven priorities in classified or operational environments.

  • The ability to travel, work shifts, or work outside normal duty hours when required by the position.

Education and Experience

This contract includes Junior, Journeyman, and Senior positions. Minimum education and experience requirements vary by role or assignment, and may permit additional directly relevant experience in place of a degree. Candidates should clearly identify their highest degree and years of directly relevant experience.

Overseas Assignment

Positions are located in Germany, Italy, Kosovo, Belgium, and other supported European mission locations. Work is performed full-time and on-site in classified, operational, secure-facility, construction-site, or military environments, depending on the position.

Depending on the position, contract authorization, and individual eligibility, overseas support may include:

  • Relocation assistance

  • Household goods shipment

  • Privately owned vehicle shipment

  • Temporary quarters support

  • Housing allowance

  • Post allowance or cost-of-living allowance

  • Education allowance for eligible dependents

  • Authorized logistical privileges

  • Family-accompanied assignment where permitted
