系统工程师（PLM&BOM方向）
工作职责：
1. 负责PLM系统中BOM录入、版本迭代与全生命周期管控，确保数据与研发、生产需求匹配；
2. 统筹系统配置设计、数据维护，建立标准化配置规则，覆盖研发到交付全链路；
3. 协助开展机组系统改进，参与部件认证、性能测试，为产品性能提升提供技术支撑。
任职要求
1.制冷、暖通、机械等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备磁悬浮制冷机组或大型制冷设备相关技术背景优先；
2.熟悉PLM系统操作与BOM管理逻辑，有产品配置数据管理经验者优先；
3.掌握制冷系统原理，具备系统优化、部件认证等相关技术能力；
4.具备较强的逻辑梳理能力、把控能力与跨部门协作意识。
5.英语听说读写流利，可胜任英文技术沟通；
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical engineering or related field
- Familiarity with PLM system operation and BOM management logic
- Product configuration data management experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration system principles and ability in system optimization and component certification
- Experience with magnetic-levitation refrigeration units or large refrigeration equipment
- Strong logical reasoning, control capability, and cross-department collaboration skills
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for technical communication
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; employer will not provide visa sponsorship
