软件测试工程师
工作职责：
- 根据产品的开发计划制定测试策略、测试方案、编写测试计划和测试用例。
- 搭建测试平台，执行（黑盒&白盒）测试任务，客观记录测试结果，输出测试报告；
- 协助开发人员重现测试问题，跟踪问题改善进程并协助进行有效性验证和确认；
- 设计和优化测试工具，提升测试效率和质量；
- 参与产品标准的研究，参与测试规范和操作指导书的编制，推进测试平台持续改进。
任职资格：
- 本科及以上学历，自动控制、电气自动化、机电一体化、电子、通信等相关专业。
- 熟悉单片机、DSP或Linux+ARM嵌入式系统架构，具备C/C++基础。
- 熟悉RS485、RS232、CAN Bus等通信接口及模拟量、数字量采集电路，具备扎实的模电、数电基础，能够阅读硬件原理图并独立开展单板功能测试、接口测试、通信测试及故障分析定位工作。
- 熟悉软件开发及测试流程，掌握常用测试方法和工具，能够独立设计测试用例并执行测试。
- 工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及问题分析解决能力；英语四级及以上。有单片机、DSP、Linux+ARM开发或测试经验者优先。
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automatic Control, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications or related field.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, DSP, or Linux+ARM embedded system architectures; solid C/C++ foundation.
- Knowledge of RS485, RS232, CAN Bus interfaces; analog and digital acquisition circuits; ability to read schematics and perform board, interface, communication tests and fault analysis.
- Familiar with software development and testing processes; able to design and execute test cases using common test methods and tools.
- Serious work attitude, good communication and teamwork, problem-analysis and solving skills; CET-4 English or above.
- Experience in microcontroller, DSP, or Linux+ARM development or testing.
